Synopsis:
Tensions are frayed in an airless lift when Dean & Dave get stuck between floors. No worries for Dean, who can't quite get as stressed out as Dave, who may go insane after being cooped up for an eternity with Dean!

CONSTELLATION PRODUCTIONS WRITERS & PRODUCERS:

Caitriona Costello
Caitriona began her journey into film production in 2003 while attending Ballyfermot College, Dublin. She graduated in 2007 with a BA Degree in Media Production Management. In 2009 she co-founded Constellation Productions. Caitriona is co-producer on ‘Dean and Dave’ web series. She is currently developing her own web series ‘Lioness Productions’.

Lesley McLoughlin
Lesley attended Colaiste Dhulaigh to receive a HND in Film Production, she then went on to University of Wolverhampton and specialised in producing with minors in contempary European cinema and fine art video. She received her degree in Film and Video Production in 2007. Between 2007-2008 she produced a number of short films independently. In 2009 Lesley co-founded Constellation Productions and produced "Me and the Boys" the Neon Stars music video, "Behind Closed Doors" Directed by John White and is currently co-producing web series "Dean and Dave" as well as developing short film "Comedienne" which she has co-written and hopes to put into production Spring 2010.

Jamie O’Halleron
Jamie O'Halleron has extensive experience as a filmmaker, having studied film in both Ballyfermot & Colaiste Dhulaigh, which culminated in his debut short film, Stalking Colin Farrell, being broadcast on national TV and across the internet. He has worked on many film sets on both small and large productions, and has scripted many short films & TV series which are due for development in the near future.

Eoghan Bonass
Eoghan Bonass started writing short plays as a member of Rush Junior Dramatic Society, and later while in college in DCU. He transitioned to screenwriting not long after and has been busy making films ever since. His only claim to fame is making the shortlist in a 2002 Filmbase shorts commissioning round. He has written and directed several short films and been involved in numerous projects as writer, director and editor.

John White
John studied Film Production in Colaiste Dhulaigh in North Dublin between 2004 and 2006. Starting college as a writer, John soon started directing and lighting films. Moving on to complete his degree, John moved to the West Midlands in the UK to study Digital Arts and Media Production in the University of Wolverhampton' graduating in 2007. His lighting work has been showcase in Stalking Colin Farrell, on RTE in 2007 and 2008. His latest short Behind Closed Doors is ready for the festival scene.

Welcome to Dean & Dave Web Series Blog page. The series is produced by independent film & video production company Constellation Productions.

Following the wacky adventures of best friends Dean & Dave. We have 7 episodes in production and we are going live in March 2010.

Writer/directors Jamie O'Halleron, Eoghan Bonass and John White. Producers Caitriona Costello and Lesley McLoughlin.

Starring: Dean Thompson as Dean and Stiofan O'Broin as Dave.

It's made on a shoe string budget with a dedicated cast and crew attached. Very early mornings, walking around Dublin on very cold days carrying heavy equipment from A to B and not getting paid a cent. We have a great team spirit and love making films.

SYNOPSIS
Have you ever had a friend who, no matter what, comes out of every scrape smelling of roses?! Dave has, and his friend's name is Dean! Dean and Dave are best friends, and together (mainly thanks to Dean's carefree outlook on life) they seem to always find themselves in wacky adventures. Which is fine for Dean, but not so much for Dave. Dave enjoys peace and quiet, whereas Dean's not happy unless he's walking around town in a Batman costume or plummeting to his death in a trolley! But that's just the types of guys they are, but they're always there for each other, which in some circumstances, like going on a date, isn't necessarily a good thing!
